Rad left Tinder in 2017 over an RSU valuation dispute, and in 2018 he filed a $2 billion lawsuit against Tinder’s parent company, IAC. Rad and Claire Schmidt co-founded AllVoices in 2018. AllVoices is an app that allows employees to report harassment, ethics, compliance, and other workplace-related issues directly to a company’s board.
